SFPUC approves Emilio Cruz as Assistant General Manager for Infrastructure

The commission confirmed the appointment by voice vote after review of revised contract language that had been made available to commissioners and the public. Staff noted revised contracts had been posted and distributed to commissioners prior to the vote.
