PUC approves FOG ordinance resolution and several routine grants and contracts; votes at a glance

Hurst said the PUC had worked with the Golden Gate Restaurant Association and other city departments, and staff described a proposed sewer‑service‑charge adjustment that would lower bills for restaurants that reduce grease loadings, with estimated payback on GRD installations of about 1–5 years. The commission adopted the resolution by voice vote.
