WESIP staff outline multi-contract procurement plan and warn current amendment funds will be exhausted by November

WESIP staff told the commission they plan to issue two major program-management contracts in June (an $18–20M program controls contract and a $45–50M program management contract), and warned that the current $7M amendment will likely be used up by November unless new contracts are in place.
Julie Levante, director for the Water Enterprise System Improvement Program (WESIP), briefed the commission on April 22 about state filings, outreach and proposed contracting strategy for program management services.
