SFPUC votes to submit Edward M. Harrington for general manager and reports settlements

Harrington’s name to the mayor for general‑manager appointment; Item 19 — settled; Item 20 — no action; Items 21–23 — settled. The commission then moved, seconded and approved a motion not to disclose the closed‑session discussion. The meeting adjourned shortly thereafter.
