Items 12 and 13 approved time extensions and amendments (numbers 1–4) to specialist as-needed agreements (agreement series c s 837 a–d) for water-enterprise technical services; staff characterized these as straightforward time extensions and the commission approved both items together. Item 20 authorized the general manager to enter a revocable permit agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Teichard and Son Inc. for use of city property in San Joaquin County; the city deputy attorney confirmed the relevant findings and resolutions were included in the meeting packet before the commission voted to approve.
In each case commissioners noted the items were routine and supported the staff recommendation; public comment on these agenda items was closed with no substantive objections recorded.
