The commission approved items read into the record, including agreements and capital program items identified as items 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16. The chair recorded the motions and called for the vote; the commission indicated "Aye" and the items were passed.
The commission recessed to closed session on litigation and related matters. On return to open session the chair reported that item 19 was continued to the next meeting; items 20 and 21 received no action; items 22–26 were taken off the calendar; and items 27–32 were settled in closed session.
