The San Francisco Health Commission on April 20 approved a resolution appointing Hilary Conners as director of the San Francisco Mental Health Plan, the governing body announced.
Lehi Hammer presented the resolution, which cited California Welfare and Institutions Code provisions that require local governing-body approval for appointments to the county mental health plan. The commission moved and seconded the resolution and recorded a roll-call vote with all commissioners present voting in favor. After the vote, Conners said she was pleased to be appointed and looked forward to working with the commission.
