Commission approves Laguna Honda gift fund budget, carries over Friends donation

The budget includes increased behavioral-health subscriptions and memory-care equipment and carried a plan to emphasize discharge supports to aid resident transitions.
Commissioners thanked Laguna Honda staff for outbreak management and resident-support work; the commission moved and approved the budget on a roll-call vote.
