At its Aug. 10 meeting the San Francisco Health Service Board carried several procedural items by unanimous roll-call votes.
The board approved the May 25 and June 8 meeting minutes after a short discussion about whether Commissioner Breslin—s statement should be appended to the minutes; staff said the minutes must reflect what transpired on the cited dates and that today—s statement would be noted in the record. The motion to approve the minutes carried unanimously.
President Scott presented recommended committee assignments for the Finance & Budget and Governance committees for fiscal year 2023-24; the board accepted the assignments by roll-call vote (motion carries unanimously).
Later the board voted to go into closed session to hear a member appeal, then on return voted not to disclose any or all discussion from the closed session and not to report actions taken in closed session under cited government-code and administrative-code provisions; both votes passed unanimously by roll call.
President Scott announced the final procedural votes and adjourned the meeting at approximately 4:45 p.m.
