The City and County of San Francisco Health Service System Board voted unanimously to enter a closed session to receive an update on the executive‑director search conducted by Ralph Anderson & Associates. President Scott called for the motion and the board voted by voice to go into closed session for that purpose.
After the closed session the board reconvened in open session and held two successive votes. On Item 8 the board voted not to disclose any or all of the discussion held in closed session; on Item 9 the board voted not to report on actions taken in closed session. Both motions were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote; the board recorded the motions as carried and did not identify individual roll‑call votes in the public minutes. "It's been properly moved and seconded that we not disclose any or all of our discussion held in closed session," the president said prior to the voice vote.
The board adjourned after completing its votes.
