Board approves administrative and sustainability budgets; president outlines executive‑search timetable

He said the board will publicly name an interim executive director at its March meeting, effective March 16, and emphasized Brown Act constraints that limit how small groups of commissioners can act as a committee outside public notice.
The board thanked CFO Pamela Levin and staff for budget preparation and directed staff to continue outreach to constituencies as part of the search process.
