After an authorized closed session, the board publicly disclosed its appointment of Mitchell Griggs as the acting Executive Director effective next week. President Scott said staff and the acting director will work on scope and temporary adjustments so the organization continues to operate without disruption. The board also voted not to disclose closed-session discussion.
