During its Sept. 16 meeting, the San Francisco Historic Preservation Commission approved procedural items including adoption of draft minutes from Aug. 19 and Sept. 2, 2020. Commissioners voted unanimously, with the motion to adopt the minutes passing 7-0.
The Commission also considered requests to continue two Certificate of Appropriateness items: Case No. 2018-009197 COA (1772 Vallejo Street) and Case No. 2019-014146 ENV (520 John Muir Drive). A motion to continue both items indefinitely was made and carried unanimously. The transcript records no new testimony on those specific cases and no new hearing dates were set during the meeting.
Both procedural motions were recorded as unanimous; staff will update the calendar and notify applicants about the continuances.
The meeting then proceeded to the regular calendar for legacy business nominations and concluded after that agenda item.
