Commission to continue El Rey Theater landmark consideration to January hearing

A motion to continue the initiation to the Jan. 18, 2017 hearing carried unanimously so the commission can consider owner schedules and additional testimony. Staff will include public comments received at the Dec. 7 hearing in the file and revisit the initiation at the January meeting.
