Item 10C — Project-based vouchers at 4200 Gary: Housing Operations Director Kendra Crawford presented a non-competitive request from the neighborhood development corporation (TNDC) to increase project-based vouchers at a new project located at 4200 Gary from 12 to 20 units to serve senior formerly homeless veterans. Commissioners asked process and timing questions; staff said construction began in spring 2023 and move-ins will begin in early 2025. The commission approved the resolution by roll call vote: Pikes — Aye; Kim — Aye; Lindo — Aye; Torres — Aye (4–0).
