The Local Agency Formation Commission recorded three roll‑call decisions during its July 19, 2024 meeting:
• Approval of minutes (Item 2): Chair Hillary Ronan moved to approve the minutes of the May 17, 2024 meeting; Commissioner Dean Preston seconded. Roll call votes by Vice Chair Hope Williams, Commissioner Dean Preston and Chair Ronan were recorded as Aye. The motion passed unanimously (3–0).
• Adoption of FY2024–25 work plan (Item 4): Chair Ronan moved to approve the final fiscal year 2024–25 work plan; Commissioner Preston seconded. The clerk called the roll; Williams, Preston and Ronan voted Aye and the motion passed unanimously (3–0).
• Appointment of public member (Item 5): Chair Ronan moved to appoint Isaac Sevier to the public member seat (term ending Feb. 22, 2026). The motion was seconded, and the clerk recorded three Ayes; the appointment passed unanimously (3–0). LAFCO staff noted onboarding paperwork must be completed before Sevier may serve.
All three actions were passed by unanimous roll call votes; no members voted No, Abstain, Recused or were absent for these items.
Additional notes: The Clean Power SF presentation (Item 3) and LAFCO study updates (Item 6) were informational; staff reported no public commenters for the meeting’s items.
