SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Local Agency Formation Commission used a Nov. 30 workshop to identify three near-term strategic focus areas — continued work on Clean Power SF, scoped review of public-private partnerships, and exploring a municipal bank — and directed staff to hold a December public workshop and return with a final scope in January.
