LAFCO approves teleconference findings and minutes in unanimous votes

The clerk called the roll; Vice Chair Fielder, Commissioner Marr, Commissioner Williams and Chair Chan recorded votes of "Aye" and the motion passed with four ayes.
On item 3, the commission considered approval of the minutes from the Sept. 16, 2022 regular meeting. One public commenter (David Pilfeld) requested removing a repeated note about action ordering from the minutes. Chair Chan moved to approve the minutes; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call with four ayes. The commission confirmed these items were routine and the approvals were unanimous.
