LAFCO approves FY2010–11 budget and renews legal contract for interim executive officer

He said the total request had been lowered from a previous memo and that the recommended renewal totaled $80,000 for the next year, with about $30,000 for non‑CCA items and $50,000 billed to the CCA account. Fried described the reduction as partly enabled by adding staff that will assume some work previously performed by outside counsel.
The commission consented to the contract renewal; staff will proceed with executing the amendment and filing contract records with the clerk’s office.
