The Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) heard updates Wednesday on staffing for San Francisco’s Community Choice Aggregation program. Deborah Baker of the Department of Human Resources said an amendment to the Annual Salary Ordinance to create two positions to assist LAFCO with CCA implementation, coordination and outreach has been submitted to the mayor’s office and “does need to go through a special review of the budget committee.”
