Inspector reports Deco Dance received notice of violation after window left open during entertainment

According to the inspector, an officer responded to a complaint on Oct. 12 at 11:19 p.m. and "observed that the door to the dance floor and the window above it were cracked open." The owner told the inspector that patrons continually open the windows; staff said the owner instructed security to monitor and ensure doors and windows remain closed. The commission was told a notice of violation was issued on Oct. 15 for violating Good Neighbor Policy No. 7 by operating entertainment with windows open.
