Aura Restaurant & Bar (2368 Third Street) sought an LLP permit to offer live karaoke between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m.; owner Jackie said the business tested sound levels and intends to keep mixer levels at roughly 50% to avoid intrusion on neighbors. Commissioners approved the permit with staff recommendations.
The Grove requested LLP permits for two locations (Yerba Buena and Design District). Staff recommended separate approvals with standard conditions and measured outdoor sound limits; both locations were approved separately by unanimous votes.
Commissioners also conducted internal business: they elected Dori Camino as vice president and re‑elected Ben Blyman as president. The meeting closed after final comments at 7:42 p.m.
