Staff recommended approval of the Cayo LLP with sound limits calculated by city inspectors and standard Good Neighbor Policy conditions. Deputy Director Azevedo told the commission staff recommended a sound limit taken at the hostess station that equates to a recommended operating level of 79 dBA and 84 dB C (ambient‑adjusted) for the rooftop.
