Entertainment commission hears owner’s pledge after repeated complaints, schedules follow-up for Gestalt

Deputy Director Azevedo told commissioners that since April 2021 the office logged 41 sound complaints tied to the business, conducted 18 site visits (of which staff recorded eight violations), and issued one notice of violation and four citations.
