- Approval of minutes: The commission approved the meeting minutes for 11/19/2019 and 12/03/2019 by unanimous voice vote (Commissioners Perez, Thomas, Vice President Camino, President Bridal/Blayman, Commissioner Lee, Commissioner Fausson/Falzon recorded as "aye").
- Agenda change: The commission approved a motion to move agenda item 5(c) (Beauty Bar) earlier in the agenda so a SFPD lieutenant could participate; the motion passed unanimously.
- El Toro (2470 San Bruno Ave): Staff recommended approval of the change-of-ownership POE permit with the Good Neighbor Policy, the venue's internal sound limit and an additional condition requiring the permit holder to send a monthly calendar of events to SFPD Bayview Station.
