San Francisco — The San Francisco Entertainment Commission on Tuesday approved a series of limited live-performance (LLP) permits for neighborhood businesses and set venue-specific conditions intended to reduce noise and improve police coordination.
At the meeting President Bridal Tan and staff moved several items off the consent calendar and the commission took individual votes on reminders of the applications. Deputy Director Cammy Claxton told the commission that staff had been placing most LLP applications on a consent agenda but pulled several tonight because “each one has sort of a special little circumstance,” and staff wanted the commission to consider police recommendations before voting.
