Supervisor Scott Wiener told the commissions he had introduced a resolution supporting youth entertainment opportunities and asked the city to measure nightlife’s economic impact. “When something bad happens, instead of ending it, we should figure out how to make this better,” Wiener said, urging collaboration among city agencies.
