Rodriguez confirmed staff could make the suggested sentence change and insert the current FY15-16 numbers once finalized. Deputy City Attorney advised the commission could direct staff to include the finalized figures in the document.
Commissioner Vermejo moved to approve the corrected guidelines with the page-3 wording change and insertion of the FY15-16 numbers; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
