The San Francisco Ethics Commission took two formal procedural votes on March 12.
On the consent calendar, the commission moved to continue consideration of the draft minutes for the Feb. 12, 2021 meeting to the next meeting to allow a requested correction; the motion (moved by Commissioner Chu, seconded by Vice Chair Lee) passed on a roll-call vote with five votes in the affirmative and none opposed.
At the end of the meeting a motion to adjourn was made and seconded and passed by roll call (4 votes in the affirmative and 0 opposed). The minutes will reflect the deferral and the commission will revisit the Feb. 12 minutes at its April meeting.
