Commissioners asked about potential administrative burdens and penalties if a candidate's attestation were false; Ford said the attestation would create a new basis for enforcement in addition to educating candidates about the coordination rules.
Following brief public comment in support, a motion to adopt staff recommendations carried without opposition.
