Vice President Armee Morgan moved to go into closed session; the motion was seconded and the secretary announced the vote was unanimous. After the closed session the secretary reported there was nothing to report and the commission voted unanimously not to disclose any closed-session discussions under San Francisco Administrative Code section 67.12(a.")
