At the May 10 regular meeting the Fire Commission approved minutes from its April 26 session after a commissioner noted a correction to the attendance record. A motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously.
Later the commission moved to consider item 7B and 7C (personnel matters) in closed session under California Government Code section 54957(b) and San Francisco Administrative Code section 67.1(b); the motion passed and the public was asked to vacate the chamber. On reconvening, the commission voted not to disclose the closed‑session discussions, citing San Francisco Administrative Code section 67.12(a); that motion also carried unanimously.
No substantive action arising from closed session was reported to the public during the meeting.
