Fire Commission approves minutes and moves to closed session; commission votes not to disclose closed discussion

At the May 8 meeting the San Francisco Fire Commission first considered and approved the minutes of its April 24, 2019 regular meeting. Commissioner Michael Hardiman moved to adopt the minutes and Commissioner Joe Alioto Veronese seconded; the motion carried with all in favor.
Near the end of the open meeting, commissioners moved and seconded a motion to convene a closed session to deliberate personnel matters under the agenda. The motion to enter closed session passed and the public was asked to vacate the chamber. Following the closed session, the commission returned to open session, voted whether to disclose any closed-session discussions and moved not to disclose the closed-session deliberations.
No additional formal votes or ordinance adoptions were recorded in the transcript of the May 8 meeting.
