Staff said the position would report to Finance and Planning and will help establish a Grants Committee drawing representatives from operational divisions and administration.
Votes and next steps: Each grant item was recommended by the commission for the Board of Supervisors’ authorization; the commission recorded unanimous voice votes for the grant resolutions.
