This package includes an internal audit of the draft articles against the Issues Rules checklist (spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation, misidentification, out_of_context, quantitative precision, process clarity, context clarity, agency clarity, question emphasis, omission, bias, duplicate). Each category was reviewed and no outstanding issues requiring content removal were found; all quotes and attributions are drawn from speakers explicitly named in the transcript. Provenance segments identify the transcript ranges that anchor each article.
Audit summary: no high-severity issues found; one low-severity flag (minor speaker name variation in an exchange where the transcript used alternate spellings); transcript names were used verbatim when present and conservative generic labels were used where speakers were not named. No factual claims were invented. All actions and votes recorded in articles match motions and votes in the transcript.
Provenance: Each article contains a "provenance.transcript_segments" list indicating the first and last transcript segments used to build that article.
