- Bridal / dba (1760 Market) — (Triple Crown / Octavia location): Conditional grant approved with Southern Station conditions (including age restrictions when full food service not provided, surveillance, and outreach) and the Good Neighbor Policy; applicant agreed to neighborhood outreach and event limits.
- Club 222 (222 Hyde): Approved as a conditional grant; staff and Police recommended standard conditions in line with prior operations and outreach materials.
- Noble (600 Polk; formerly Temple Bar): Conditional approval granted with Northern Station conditions (entertainment to end at standard 1:30 a.m. Northern Station condition, camera and lighting requirements, and monthly event calendar); staff emphasized that full permit sign-off will require sound-abatement testing and compliance with Fire Department occupancy limits.
- Spire / Third Degree (685 Third St.): Approved as a temporary allowance under Planning Code section 205.3 (up to 12 events per year) with Southern Station conditions and neighborhood outreach documented in the application.
Across approvals, recurring conditions included: compliance with the Good Neighbor Policy, station-specified security and surveillance measures, community hotlines for neighbor complaints, and the requirement that venues pass final inspection and sound-abatement tests before unrestricted operation. Several applicants volunteered to limit promoters or to retain management control when outside promoters are used.
