Several procedural motions and votes concluded the April 17 Building Inspection Commission meeting.
A motion to approve the minutes of the Feb. 14, 2024 special meeting was made and seconded and carried by voice vote; the commission recorded the minutes as approved. A subsequent motion to continue approval of the regular meeting minutes from March 20 to the next meeting was also made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
The commission then moved to convene a closed session for the annual performance evaluation of the BIC secretary. The motion to convene closed session carried on a roll call vote and the meeting entered closed session at 12:16 p.m. Upon reconvening, the commission voted by roll call not to disclose any discussions held in closed session; the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:48 p.m.
