Public commenters urged written comment mechanisms and earlier online posting of materials as additional ways to improve public access. Commissioners said the subcommittee should consult staff about room availability and propose options that preserve consistency while expanding in‑person access opportunities.
The exploratory committee will report back with recommendations and potential calendar options; no change to the regular meeting schedule was made at this meeting.
