Director Harris nominated Tim Tung for chair; the nomination was seconded and the committee voted with Ayes recorded from Vice Chair Crawford, Chair Matthews, Member Pantoha, Member Sanderlyn and Member Tong. The motion passed; Member Larkin was absent. For vice chair, Member Pantoja nominated Member Crawford; the nomination was seconded and passed by the same roll-call majority. Later in the meeting Member Pantoja moved to approve the June 10 minutes; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with the same Aye tally and Member Larkin recorded as absent.
