Staff and the project sponsor presented a preliminary design, public‑benefit commitments and the set of amendments the commission would need to consider in November.
Nikki Henry, assistant development specialist with the Mission Bay project team, told commissioners the proposed building would total roughly 169,810 leasable square feet and be approximately 109 feet tall (with an additional 20‑foot mechanical penthouse allowance).
