Port tells committee it reallocated Islais Creek funds; Crane Cove, Heron’s Head and Agua Vista on staggered schedules

Cairns said one project — Cruise Terminal Plaza at Pier 27 — is complete, five projects are active, and the Port has expended about $23,700,000 against the allocation, leaving roughly $12,000,000.
