Vice Chair Mada Rosales presided over the meeting at City Hall Room 416. Commissioners voted unanimously among those present to approve three labor‑related items: a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE) Local 21, an MOA with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1021, and a salary and classification resolution covering successor‑agency staff. April Ward, OCII senior personnel analyst, summarized contract terms including an 11% total salary increase phased over the coming years and a revised severance formula tied to years of service.
