The San Francisco Successor Agency commission approved the minutes of its September regular meeting during its Nov. 6, 2018 session. Commissioner Rosales moved approval; Commissioners Singh and Scott seconded the motion. The roll call vote recorded three ayes, one abstention and one absent; Chair Mondehar said she abstained because she was not present at the prior meeting.
