The San Francisco Abatement Appeals Board elected Commissioner Clinch as president and Commissioner Gilman as vice president at its Feb. 15 meeting and approved minutes from its Oct. 19, 2016 session.
During the election-of-officers item, a commissioner nominated officers and another seconded. The board moved to appoint Commissioner Clinch as president and Commissioner Gilman as vice president; a roll-call vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.
The board also considered approval of the minutes from the Oct. 19, 2016 meeting. A motion to adopt the minutes was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
There were no public comments on either procedural item.
