Huey said the plan is intended as a living document to be updated annually and incorporated into performance plans so progress can be tracked.
Commissioners asked about staff buy‑in and follow up; Huey said divisions and deputies were involved in drafting and that the department would produce an annual report and midterm updates. Commissioner Walker reiterated the commission's interest in finishing the PTTS project and asked for specific references to the system in the short‑term objectives; Huey confirmed PTTS work is included in year‑two objectives. No formal action was taken; staff will circulate the full plan to the commission and provide annual updates.
