Staff described planned next steps including completion of data conversion round 4, specialized user training timed to a stable environment, and a final go‑live readiness phase. Two permanent positions related to the project were posted and interviews were underway; pending hires could improve resource availability.
Commissioners acknowledged the delay and praised staff's ongoing efforts to control scope and secure necessary resources. The department did not take formal action at the meeting but committed to weekly monitoring of progress and to return with updates.
