The Successor Agency commission on June 24 voted to consent to Pacific Park Management’s assignment of the Filmore Heritage Garage management agreement to MPARK (Impark), a national parking operator.
Staff presented the assignment and told commissioners that MPARK has signed an assignment and assumption agreement to take on Pacific Park’s responsibilities under the existing management agreement, which expires on June 30, 2015 and includes a 12‑month extension option at the commission’s discretion.
