• Twin 3 personal services contract extension (Item 5e): Commission authorized a second amendment extending the Twin 3 Building Maintenance contract 15 months to 06/30/2015 and increasing the amount by $19,698.75 for an aggregate not to exceed $352,768.75 to continue property management services at Shoreview Park. Vote: 5 ayes.
