Rosemary Boskey (DBI) told commissioners that staff’s review found no material new facts requiring reopening the prior hearing. During public comment a tenant described continuing safety and habitability problems inside the building, including intermittent elevator operation and plumbing failures; the tenant said residents felt unsafe and sought enforcement.
Commissioners asked staff whether there had been any recent permits or final inspections; DBI said the last work remained incomplete and that the tenant had filed a new complaint. DBI confirmed it has scheduled a follow‑up inspection to investigate the tenant’s concerns.
