Appellant counsel Eileen, representing owners Mark Dresser and J.C. Thomas, told the board the owners filed a separate permit to return the space to its previously permitted condition and asked the panel to continue the case 90 days because the lender had sent a foreclosure acceleration notice after the director’s hearing notice was issued.
